I had my first Problem Based Learning(PBL)session on 25th September 2010( Saturday). This is the first time ever that I played a role as a "so-called professional" lawyer. Of course like the others who having this as their first experience, to play as either counsel or the client, butterflies are in the stomach. But when it comes to my turn, I got tense up at the very first place, but then got myself relax after I enter the room and met my "clients". And the result for it, urm.....still consider average, at least I'm still alive after the lecturer commented on the voice of mine and my partner. Phew!!There goes my first MLS PBL session =)
The second PBL session was on the 4th October (Monday) at 1pm for contract law and the last PBL session was on the 11th October (Monday) at 10am for consti.I was the counsel for contract law while consti law i was the client. Overall I consider myself did an average job for my "acting", while I think I did pretty well for the documentation part. Not forgetting credits to my group members for working so hard for the PBL session. Thanks Catherine Tan, Amirah, Aizuddin and also Kak Farah =)
So, what do I gain from this 3 PBL sessions?Well, except comments from professors that my voice is soft ( WHAT???you gotta be kidding, my voice ain't SOFT), I learn to work in a team , and also how to do my jobs in a fixed time. We have to prepare a lot of documents and preparation for the remedy for our PBL session. So, everyone must be hardworking if you want your group marks as well as your individual marks to be high. There's no free lunch or short-cut in accomplishing your task.
In conclusion : Work Hard or you DIE.>.< Despite all the fun you will gain during PBL sessions, it actually teaches us about responsibilities and also importance of teamwork. I shall improve my voice next time so that professors can hear it clearly what do I speak.

Injustice ??????( 3rd Entry)
Just watched another movie "The Other Boleyn Girl" during the English for Law class with Madam Maryam. It was a movie about the Boleyn's family and the Henry VIII of England. This movie starring Natalie Portman as Anne Boleyn, Scarlett Johanson as Mary Boleyn and Eric Bana as the King.
There is one main issue that we can see from the movie we had watched, that is about "INJUSTICE". This movie had clearly shown out the injustice between men and women in the 16th century, had the low status among the men, they can only choose to obey what their men told them to do and do not even had a chance to voice out own opinion.
There is one scene that shows the injustice between men and women. His Majesty , the King, appointed Mary a position in the court, separate her from her newly-wed husband, William Carey who've been offer the position as Gentleman in Privy Council. His Majesty wanted to do so because he's been attracted by Mary although she already married. The Boleyn's family knew that this will risk Mary's marriage life but still force Mary to accept it, just for the Boleyn's family bright future. And at the end, Mary was once the King's mistress and manage to give a male heir to His Majesty but still did not win his heart. This is definitely unfair to women who had sacrifice her own marriage just to gets a bright future for her family members.
Marriage of men and women show injustice as well. For example the marriage between Anne and Henry Percy. Anne married Henry Percy after her sister, Mary became the King's mistress. Her family does not admit her marriage with Henry Percy because Henry Percy is a betrothed nobleman, and Anne will ruin her own reputation by marrying a nobleman without the King's consent, and her family send her away to France in disgrace .
There is another sample of showing "Injustice" as well , that is when the Queen, Anne Boleyn and her brother, George Boleyn was sentenced to death because was accused by George's wife , Jane saying that both of them have an affair. The panel of the Judges did not hear the case in a normal procedure, and they take on decision to execute both of them.
Lastly, the comment from me for this film is that there are many injustice thing happens even back to the 16th century . And until now there are still many unfair cases happening through out the world and I just hope that I can play a role in fighting for the rights for the unfortunate ones to reduce the "INJUSTICE" in this world.
Here ends my third journal entry. See u again next time. =)

Responsibilities ( 2nd Entry)
Talking about the title, , what came first in your mind? For me, I think of my life as a FUU student, pathetic enough, the whole brain is about how to be a good law student instead of other responsibilities that I am holding as, example to be a good granddaughter, a good daughter and also as a good sister and good friend.
It brings much responsibilities to every human being on this earth. I've been realise I did not play my role as a daughter well enough ever since I enter UKM. I often forget to call my parents to inform them when am I going back to home to have dinner with them. All I did everyday is just slacking on facebook and just care about my newly- meet course mates. It's kind of sad when I heard of my mom blames that I don't call her that often. She ask me am I that busy in my university life? I do not dare to say "No" though actually I'm not that busy. I always like to rush last minutes work and it makes me got not enough sleep and this repeated for the every single day as long as there are tutorial classes for me. I know this is not good for health and my parents tend to nag a lot about my bad habit of living style in UKM. I know they are concern about my health but still, I ignore their advices. Feeling bad right now whenever I lied to them that I say I sleep early in UKM days.
Apart from that, my responsibility as a friend is not play well too. My besties claim that I do not update them often about what happen in UKM. Everytime when they come find me on MSN, I always say I'm busy that I have lots of work to do. It is not good to treat them in that way but I seriously do not know what to tell them about my life in university.
And lastly about my responsibility as a FUU student, not enough good is all I can said. Reason? because I do not do revision or reading before classes, I can't fully concentrate in lectures and I don't really understand what am I studying after 2 months in this law faculty. Everyday I was thinking about quitting and change faculty but I know keep blamming on it will not help. Seniors that I approached told me that is actually a norm for 1st year student to feel lost because law isn't an easy subject to study. So that makes me have a good reason on not finishing some of the tutorial questions, BAD HABIT!!!
So in the end all I could say is I hope I can improve on dealing good with my own responsibilities. And by proving this, the first thing to do is to complete my assignments given and tutorial questions and also be well prepared for my coming finals on October. Besides I have to make calls back to home often after this raya holiday when I get back to study in UKM. Here ends my second entry of the English For Law , guess I will see you in another few weeks time. Enjoy finishing all the tasks given in another week time . See you when I see you again =)

Promise( 1st Entry)
I slept at 1am last night after finish reading my notes on contract law and also able to flip through few pages for the book 'Document of Destiny'.And this morning I woke up around 8am so that I can get ready by 9am to reach FUU library to read up some case books ..Can't be lazy anymore.
So, back to the title 'Promise'. I believe that many people had made many promises towards another person for plenty of times in their LIFE. So do I. But the promises I made I will definitely try my very best to keep that promise. Thinking about own reputation eh, hahahaha.
What's my promise for today? A promise to myself. I have Consti class today at 3pm. I had made a promise at my last post that I will try my best not to fall asleep on her class. So, after gaining a 7 hours of sleep, hopefully I won't fall asleep in her class today. HOPEFULLY. Try my very best to get both of my brain and eyes awake.
Okay, so that's my plan today. Now, I have to start reading case books again. Wish me luck =) See you when I see you again! Nice day =)

First blog post!!!
Aha!!!!!Now I finally created a blog at the age of 20 just because it is requested by a subject that I've been taking now --- English for Law.
According to my dear lecturer Madam Maryam, FUU( Fakulti Undang- undang) students need to have an own blog to complete our assignments a.k.a E-Journal. ( I don't know does it consider as assignments :P) , so now, after I finish her class at 10am this morning, I created a blog . A BLOG that I've been refused to create although many friends of mine ask me to create one. So, Zheng Yii and Keat Wah, you guys will be happy to see I have my own blog right now. =)
I seriously do not know what to write for blog as I don't really like to share my thoughts through public, but since I created so I must write something to fulfill the tasks given. I normally write my thoughts in my own sweet personal diary...hahahaha...and I only write down happy moments that I've been go through. No sad stories in my diary as I am going to read it back when I'm free. So I guess my blog will also have happy moments only. POSITIVE thinking!!=)
Before this I do read on people's blog..hahaha...just to stalk at what my friends normally will do in their daily life after we don't really meet each other since we graduated from FORM 5. Sad case eh, need to stalk them only can get to know what are they doing.
Oh ya, forget to write this on my newly created blog, I slept for my Consti class AGAIN!!!This is the second time I slept for Prof Che Norlia class. Act actually I don't really sleep on her class, just that whenever I'm in her class, the 1st 30 mins was okay. After that my brain starts to hypnose me to shut my eyes and sleep. Of course I can't shut my eyes, I'm just sitting at the 2nd row in our lecture hall. I know what grades I will be obtain for my Consti paper if I really get caught to sleep in her class. Sorry Prof, I really doesn't want to feels sleepy in your class, just that my brain is actually sub-conscious during your classes and I wonder why. Sorry. I will try my best not to fall asleep for the next coming class on Friday 3pm. TRY MY BEST!!=)
I think I will ends my first-ever blog post here. Gotta get bath and up to cafe to get my dinner. See you when I see you again!!!^^
